- Dial the number of the telephone line that the emergency phone is connected to.
(Phone must be on a dedicated line) - The emergency phone will answer (go online) automatically after one (1) ring.
- When the phone comes online, wait five (5) seconds before entering the security code:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Definitions
- Primary Number: The first number dialed when the emergency button is pressed.
- Secondary Number: The backup number dialed if the primary number is busy or doesn't answer.
- Voice Message: The recorded message announced to the receiver of the emergency call.
- Identification Number: A user-defined number identifying the location of the emergency phone. This number appears on a DM-4 monitor and/or the receiver’s caller ID.
- Security Code: A numeric access code required to enter programming mode. Factory default is:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
