Line powered, no batteries to worry about, the VRT-1000 is a great ADA phone and is easy to program. This replaces any that is currently mounted in any CJA car station.

- Dial the number of the telephone line that the emergency phone is connected to.
(Phone must be on a dedicated line) - The emergency phone will answer (go online) automatically after one (1) ring.
- When the phone comes online, wait five (5) seconds, then enter the Security Code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

# 0 0.

Definitions
- Primary Number: The first number the emergency phone dials when the button is pressed.
- Secondary Number: A backup number dialed if the primary number is busy or doesn’t answer.
- Voice Message: The recorded announcement played to the receiver of the emergency call.
- Identification Number: A customer-defined number used to identify the phone’s location. Appears on a DM-4 Monitor and/or caller ID.
- Security Code: A series of digits allowing access to the phone’s programming mode. Default factory code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
