Maintain CJA Equipment with FLUID FILM®

60 Years of Leadership in the Science of Corrosion Control

Fluid Film Lubricant Spray - The Perfect Elevator Parts Maintenance Protectant Spray - 636-650-11

Fluid Film Lubricant Spray

We started recommending FLUID FILM® when the Eureka Chemical Company first started. From its first seagoing use in the 1940s, FLUID FILM® has been proven in some of the most severe conditions—industrial, agricultural, raw-terrain construction—even on the space shuttle.

Modified over time to adapt to environmental and application considerations, it’s non-toxic and non-hazardous. FLUID FILM® continues to serve as the most effective corrosion control for industry, farming, and transportation.

We recommend it for any application where water or corrosion is an issue. Spray on pivot points to ensure all pieces of our equipment move freely and wipe off any excess.

Cleaning Recommendations

Keep your elevator sterilized for virus protection. Most commercial elevators feature stainless steel construction, which generally requires minimal upkeep. However, due to high traffic, regular cleaning is essential to reduce disease transmission.

Cleaning Elevator Buttons – 2-3+ Times a Day

Wipe down control panel and hall station buttons frequently. Always spray the cleaner onto a microfiber towel or non-abrasive paper towel, not directly onto the panel. Remove dirt, dust, and grime thoroughly.

Cleaning the Elevator Pit – Request Info from Contractor

Only certified elevator technicians should clean pits. Trash and dust can interfere with elevator parts and attract pests. Use vacuum equipment to clean after proper lockout.

Sterilizing Elevator Doors and Walls – Daily

Use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Make sure the elevator is not in operation while cleaning. Specialized agents remove water spots and leave a polished finish.

Cleaning Elevator Floors and Mirrors – Daily

Use appropriate methods depending on the flooring type: vacuum for carpet, polish for tile or metal. Choose non-corrosive, non-abrasive cleaners to maintain cleanliness and safety.
