Registration
Registration is easy and just requires some basic contact information from you to get started. Once you're registered and log in, you can add billing, shipping, and additional contact details. You can also add multiple shipping addresses and even multiple users to your account (see the Multi-User Accounts section below).
New customers are welcome to register and check out on the website without contacting us to set up a store account first. Just place your order or request a quote and a sales representative will reach out to work out the details.
Multi-User Account
The website allows customers to manage multiple purchasers under a single corporate account rather than having each member of the purchasing team on their own separate accounts. There are three user role types with varying levels of permissions:
User Roles Defined
- Junior Buyer – Can create a quote and submit the quote for approval but cannot checkout themselves.
- Senior Buyer – Can create quotes, checkout their own orders, and approve quotes carts for Junior Buyers.
- Admin – Has all privileges granted to a Senior Buyer, plus can add and manage other users. This role is automatically assigned to the user who creates the account.
Shipping Addresses
You can add and manage multiple shipping addresses under the same account. From your Account Dashboard, select the Address tab to view your billing and primary shipping addresses at the top of the page. Below that you will see a list of all saved shipping addresses.
To edit or add a shipping address, select the edit icon beside your primary address. On the following User Information page you can also update your billing address, which defaults to your contact information entered at registration.
To make checkout faster, an Admin can navigate to the Manage Users page, select a user (including themselves) to edit, and assign shipping locations that will appear in a dropdown menu at checkout. Selecting an address from the dropdown will auto-fill the corresponding shipping and contact info into the form. By default, your primary shipping address loads automatically, but this feature makes switching between multiple locations quick and seamless.

Using Shared Shopping Lists
Create product lists for quick reordering, share them with your team, and streamline your ordering process.
Tracking Orders
All shipped orders include a UPS tracking number. You can track packages directly from your order history or at www.ups.com.
Paying by Purchase Order
If your account has been approved for credit terms, you will see the "Pay by Purchase Order" option during checkout. Please enter your PO number when prompted.
